Gage Technique International has nearly 40 years experience of manufacturing, supplying and installing vibrating wire transducers and associated instrumentation for large and small civil, structural and geotechnical engineering projects throughout the world. Gauge Technique is a member of the British Society for Strain Measurement.

Our instruments are used in and on structures such as piles, dams, tunnel linings, raft foundations, rock anchors, bridges, retaining walls, silos, temporary props and underground pipelines.

Our range of instrumentation includes strain gauges, load cells, crackmeters, pressure cells, and temperature and environmental sensors. We can also supply readout units, data logging systems, modems, host software and the necessary expertise to assemble and install a complete monitoring system.

Over the years, we have always worked closely with our customers, such as the Transport Research Laboratory, the Building Research Establishment, Universities, Local Authorities, Consulting Engineers and Contractors, to produce equipment to suit their needs.

Our range of vibrating wire strain gauges were originally designed and tested by the Road Research Laboratory (now known as the Transport Research Laboratory), in Crowthome, Berkshire during the 1960's. Gage Technique Ltd was established in 1969.

We have always believed that a good, long term after sales and back up service is essential, particularly as many civil and structural projects operate outside normal working hours. We also have a network of carefully selected, specialist agents operating in many countries overseas.

We are based in the South East of England with easy Motorway access from International Air and Sea Ports in UK.

Gage Technique International zeichnet sich durch über 25 Jahre Erfahrung in der Herstellung und der Installation von Schwingsaitensensoren und zugehorigen Geraten und Systemen aus. Unser Unternehmen arbeitet weltweit bei grossen und auch kleineren Projekten, mit den jeweiligen geotechnischen Ingenieuren zusammen.

Schwingsaitensensoren werden eingesetzt zur überwachung und Kontrolle u.a. von historischen Gebauden, Brückenpfeiler, Damme, Tunnel, Plattenfundamente, Bergverankerungen, Brücken, Stützmauern, Silos und unterirdische Pipelines.

Unser Lieferprogramm unfasst Sensoren wie z. B. Dehnungssensoren, Kraftsensoren, Crackmeters, Druckaufnehmer, Temperatur- und Umweltsensoren. Sie finden bei uns Messverstarker und Anzeigegerate, Datenloggersysteme, Modems, Computer-Software und das erfordeliche Know-How zu Erstellung von kompleten Systemlosungen.

In den vergangenen Jahren arbeiteten wir erfolgreich auf Landes- und Kommunalebene sehr eng mit unseren Kunden aus The Transport Research Laboratory, The Building Research Establishment, Universitaten, lokalen Behorden, technischen Beratern und Ingenieurbüros zusammen.

Die Schwingsaitensensoren von Gage Technique sind durch die Entwicklungsabteilung des standig mit dieser Messproblematik befassten Road Research Laboratory (heute bekannt als TRANSPORT-RESEARCH-LABORATORY, in Crowthorne, Berkshire) entstanden. Unsere Firma (Gage Technique Limited) wurde im Jahre 1969 gegründet.

Zu unserer Firmenphilosophie gehort als wichtigster Teil die Kundenbetreuung und der technische Service auch nach dem Verkauf.
